You can easily import both customers and products and services in the web app using a .csv file.
To start an import go to the specific screen you would like to upload data to and click Import. You will then be prompted to download a spreadsheet template which you should use to add your data in a tool such as Excel.
You should ensure your data is formatted correctly for a successful import.
Once you have added your data you should save it as a .csv file. You can then import your data into Hoof. Go back to the screen you are uploading data to and follow the prompts to upload your file.
If the data has not been formatted correctly, if the headers have been changed or removed, or if the file has not been saved as a .csv file, it cannot be uploaded.
