The card reader comes with a limited warranty for 12 months commencing the day you received the device.
The warranty covers product defects that prevent the card reader's normal operation when it is used normally. The warranty does not cover any damages or defects to the device caused by normal wear-and-tear, malicious damage, tampering or improper battery management. The warranty apples to the card reader only and not the USB charging cable or any accessories.
If the card reader is faulty, you will need to return it to us. It is your responsibility until it safely returned to our location and we have approved the return. At our discretion, we will either repair or replace the device and deliver it to you within 90 days. You should check the device before dispatch to ensure it is faulty. If we receive a card reader which is not faulty, we will return it to you and you will be liable for the shipping costs. The replacement card reader will have a warranty that runs for the balance of the original warranty.
Except as expressly described, we provide no additional warranty, express, implied or statutory and otherwise specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability, non-infringement or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the card reader.
