Identity and verification
We take our responsibilities toward safety and security very seriously. In order to start accepting payments, you must complete a payment application and provide some information about yourself and your company. You can complete the payment application when you create an account, or at any time from the Account screen in the web app.
Both Hoof and Paysafe - our payment processing partner - process all your information according to extremely high standards and the PCI DSS regulations.
You may, on occasion, be required to provide additional documentation in order to confirm your identity. In this case we will send you an email and notification to let you know what is required.
If you do not provide the correct documentation, or it does not match the details you provided when you completed the payment application, you will be asked to provide the documentation again.
