Connecting your bank account
In order to receive payouts, you need to connect your bank account. Your bank account must be connected when you complete a payment application, either when opening an account or at any time from the Account screen on the web app.
The bank account that you connect must be registered in either your name or the name of your company. If you register as a limited company, the bank account must be registered in the name of the company.
If you do not want to accept payments, you do not need to connect a bank account.
Changing your bank account
You must always have a bank account connected to your account to receive payouts. To change your bank account, please reach out to Support.
